76 years old female patient concerned about the mobility of her existing long spam bilateral bridges. Bilateral sinus lift, anterior ridge augmentation, soft tissue grafting, and implant placement accomplished. The case was planned in stages with the intention of creating adequate bone support and to minimize the use of a conventional denture during the process. The complete treatment took approximately 12 months. The case was managed in a multidisciplinary fashion with the support of a periodontist and anesthesiologist to assure extraordinary results. The patient was highly satisfied, the treatment not only enhanced her smile but also boosted her confidence significantly.
