After payment of the annual fee, members will receive the following:

• New patient comprehensive exam includes Full Mouth Series and Panoramic X-Rays
• Second visit includes Periodic Exam with 4 Bitewing X-Rays & Oral Cancer & TMJ Screening
• 5 % Discount off our restorative fees (not applicable to surgery fees)
  • A treatment plan will be provided in writing with the discounted rates.

Prices:

• Adult: $375/year (or $31.25/month)
• Couple: $650/year (or $54.16/month)
• Child: $250/year (or $20.83/month)
• Local Business Owner: $350/year  (or $29.16/month)
